BSNL introduces exclusive FTTH broadband plan for Odisha at Rs.2490

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new FTTH Broadband plan, named as Fibro Combo ULD 2490, exclusively for its Odisha Circle. BSNL has announced that that this FTTP Broadband service will offer a higher download speed with an increased FUP limit. BSNL has announced that this new service is effective from May 18, 2016 and will be offered for 90 days as a promotional offer initially.

The Fibro Combo ULD 2490 offers the BSNL customers a browsing speed of 10 Mbps, and has an increased FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit of 100GB. However, it is to be noted that the browsing speed limit will decrease to 512 Kbps post FUP limit. The Fibro Combo ULD plan also offers unlimited free local/STD phone calls to any network across India between 9 PM to 7 AM. Customer can also opt for Annual payment option by making advance payment for one, two and three years. The new BSNL FUP Plan is circle specific, and has been launched with the strategy to compete with the other broadband players in the areas. Currently, it has been launched only in the Odisha Circle only, and is applicable for all broadband users.
